SEO SEM MANAGER
- We're looking for a talented marketer who'll be right at home in a dynamic environment, working with dedicated, and energetic people at Adfactors PR.
- Lead the relationship with our partners to develop strategies, manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns and engaging the customers at all stages
- Responsible for developing the SEO strategy, its tactics and implementation to help drive organic performance.
- Act as the subject matter expert, responsible for continuous improvement and optimization, leveraging the latest tools and trends ensuring that paid and organic Search channels are firing on all cylinders and driving revenue
- Analyze key performance metrics, draw conclusions from data and create dashboards with actionable insights for presentation to the client and the senior leadership team
- Research and benchmark against market in order to develop a competitive edge; provide recommendations based on strategic insights
- Develop and own effective processes for launching, managing and measuring campaigns in collaboration with other internal stakeholders such as the marketing, website, content, etc
- Establish operational processes required to meet organizational needs and achieve overall strategic goals of the department
- Establish and implement the optimal attribution and measurement models to ensure that performance is measured accurately in order to maximize revenue and profit.
- Oversee the overall SEM budget, determining the optimal spend and resource allocations that align with business targets and shopper seasonality
- Work collaboratively and coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholder and Agency partners when required
The ideal candidate :
- 4 years+ hands on experience with multiple platforms including Google Ads and Google Search Console
- Managed large, complex SEM programs
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional organic performance for large websites including technical SEO, site crawling, content optimization, schema markup, mobile, and more.
- Ideally holds Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising and Shopping Advertising certificates
- Google Analytics expert - ideally GAIQ certified
- Passion for crunching numbers and data visualization
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and curious nature.
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor
