Role Overview

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you'll be a key link between our clients and the investment community. You will drive strategies that enhance shareholder value and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Capital Markets initiatives with expertise in financial instruments, market trends, and regulations.

- Manage the entire IPO lifecycle-preparation, execution, and post-IPO advisory.

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance investor relations and shareholder value.

- Act as the primary liaison with the investment community-investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

- Create impactful financial reports, presentations, and press releases.

- Organize and lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging.

- Manage investor relations content on the company website.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-15 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, M&A, IPO, or Strategic Communications.

Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. (B.TECH/MBA/CFA/CA preferred)

Proven track record in capital markets communications and managing investor relationships.

Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to relocate to one of our operational cities.
