Designation: Sales Manager/ Sr.Business Development Manager.

Job Description:
- Must have Semiconductor/VLSI/Embedded domain experience.
- Leads and directs the works of other sales team members.
- Highly result - oriented with the ability to lead sales initiatives in India to achieve revenue targets in line with the company's overall strategy.
- Well networked with the ability to build relationships at CXO level and engage with them in a consultative manner.
- Responsibility would be to position the company's solutions to some of the largest companies in India and manage the top accounts, many of them being large multi-national global accounts.
- Ability to actively devise and implement a growth oriented business development plan, prospect for new clients, lead proposals and close deals.
- Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and drive marketing activities aligned to the sales plan for the region.
- Manages customer contracts, NDA's and agreements.
- Handle and resolve complex customer requests or complaints in Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external dealers to increase sales volume.
- Providing Monthly Sales Info Sheet to Finance with pending info and Tracking Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
