- Handles the analysis of the territory, prospecting, identification and assessment of opportunities for each prospect / customer
- Plans daily contacts and visits to manage/acquire customers
- Implements business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, retention actions
- Promotes cross selling and up selling actions
- Draws up business proposals
- Organises events with customers (outdoor, business lunches, etc.); supports the management of publicity and promotional activities at the level of the relevant territory
- Has the responsibility of the budget, analysis of the MAC, business reports, economic results (profitability and productivity) of the branch office
- Sets and communicates business priorities, distributes the work load, ensures the correct fulfilment of the internal procedures of the branch office, verifies the good performance of the branch office, handles relations with the Operations/BL Head office, supervises the entry phase of newly appointed colleagues
