Senior Sales Manager
- The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities, generating leads and implementing sales plans for Addverb. The products shall be from the category of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics & IoT.
Technical Skills :
- Should Understand the Warehouse Solutions.
- Should be aware of the latest Technologies being used in Warehouse Automation (Industry 4.0Standards).
- If he or she has a background of Robotics would be advantage.
- Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposal

- Able to communicate well with stakeholders.
- Good Communication Skills
- Can be able to work in Team

- Has to be demonstrating team Value.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for sale & BD
2. Should be able to Travel and would require to achieve his/her Sales Target Quarterly
3. To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and also lead the negotiations with the customer
4. Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team
5. Owning the Region and account ; Account Management
6. Should be able to do first level of solution discussion
7. To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products
8. Ability to develop fresh talent in the organization
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA(Sales & Marketing), BTech will be an added advantage
- 6 to 13 Years Experience
