Assistant Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Team Management :
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics aligned with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Performance Analysis :
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Develop and implement sales improvement initiatives.
Sales Process Optimization :
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new sales tools and technologies to streamline operations.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software.
- Deep understanding of the industry and target market.
