The Opportunity:
- We're seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Manager to join our Transaction Services team! In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client acquisition within the Corporate Real Estate sector.
- You'll leverage your industry expertise and strong business development skills to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial contact to successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target high-growth corporate clients.
- Utilize various channels (networking, industry events, etc.) to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Proactively engage with key decision-makers to understand their real estate requirements and identify suitable property solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Address Advisors' value proposition.
Transaction Management & Client Service:
- Lead and manage the entire transaction process, including site inspections, proposal development, price negotiations, and due diligence.
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout the engagement, maintaining consistent communication and exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Work effectively with internal departments (e. , property management, legal) to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate transactions or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding business development goals and securing new client engagements.
- In-depth understanding of the corporate real estate market dynamics and client needs.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex transactions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
