The Role:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through proactive outreach, industry networking, and participation in relevant events.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to secure new corporate clients across various sectors.

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client companies to understand their specific real estate needs.

- Conduct thorough market research and property evaluations to identify suitable commercial office spaces that align with client requirements.

- Develop and present compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

- Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations throughout the transaction lifecycle.

- Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including property inspections, lease negotiations, and contract finalization.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e. , legal, finance) to ensure smooth deal execution and address any concerns.

- Participate in due diligence activities and contribute to the preparation of relevant documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate brokerage or a related field.

- Proven track record of business development success in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, lease structures, and negotiation strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and real estate transaction management software (a plus).

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (master's a plus).

- Experience working with a diverse clientele, including MNCs, startups, and logistics companies.

- Strong understanding of real estate market research methodologies
