Team Member Role: Executive/Senior Executive - Residential Real Estate

"Market Executive" is a key member that must be dedicated to providing exceptional client support, applying critical/strategic thought processes, and bringing freshness, and a quick transaction/sales cycle in the Real Estate Industry.

The Team Member would be a large representative for the firm in the market, interacting with the Clients to bring on-ground market knowledge.

What would the work Entail:

- Minimum 1 year of Residential Transaction experience

- Understand Bangalore Real Estate markets and update it regularly.

- Interact and maintain strong relationships with developers/landlords and HNI clients.

- Develop and enhance relations with prospective clients

- Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and timely submission of company proposals internally.

- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.

- Manage the transaction process end-to-end efficiently to achieve smooth closures.

Your Attributes:

- To travel within the city and connect with prospective clients of Bangalore geography or ability to grasp.

- Communication skills

- Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good knowledge required.
