Role:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within our Residential Real Estate division.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, overseeing the entire sales process, and building strong relationships with key clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing sales team.

- Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.

- Set clear performance goals and track progress regularly.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

- Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.

Property Acquisition and Sales:

- Source and evaluate residential properties that meet client requirements.

- Conduct property site visits and due diligence.

- Negotiate competitive deals with property owners and developers.

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance with company policies.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.

- In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
