Adarsh Credit - SAP Consultant

SAP ICM/CRM/FICO/Treasury/MM/HCM.

Responsibilities :-

- Lead in designing and developing technical requirements for on-going systems maintenance and future functionality.

- Perform interface development, testing, and defect resolution related to new and on-going projects.

- Provide technical support to users and project teams on matters related to business functions, system functionality,
and the greater SAP environment.

- Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical documentation including design specifications, test conditions, and unit test plans.

Requirements:-

- 6+ years’ experience working with SAP R/3, ECC 6.0/7.0

- Strong overall ABAP development experience

- MUST HAVE 2+ years’ experience working with the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and/or Organizational Management (PD Org) modules

- Knowledge of SAP system landscape, the transport system and OSS notes

- Knowledge of SAP Data Structures (Tables, Data Elements and Domains)

- Knowledge of SAP ABAP, SAP Dialog Programs, ALV grids, and configuration

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team based environment

- Must be comfortable interacting with business partners and internal IT teams

- Excellent communication & influencing skills.

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
