Job Description :
1. Engaging with Business HR Team to convert generic business requirements in to detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document)
2. Convert Strategic HR Technology Roadmap into specific projects
3. Develop standard framework and integration strategy for managing HR technology and IT Architecture for acquired / merged entities.
4. Work with System Implementation (SI) partner to deliver the BRD (Business Requirement Document) as per agreed schedule
5. Work with end-users for UAT
6. Work with internal IT team for any IT-linked needs for the project
7. Project branding and communication - including launch
8. Monitor usage during critical period post go-live
9. Analyze the performance of the current technology and provide recommendations (introduction of new technology, upgradation of existing technology etc)
