1. Reporting and analyses of quantitative as well as qualitative metrics for social parameters with a focus on People related metrics across the Group with regards to , Diversity & Inclusion, Pay Equality, Human Rights, Labour welfare, Trainings, Local Community Engagements, etc. The reporting to be aligned with national and international standards such as DJSI, UNGC, SEBI-BRSR, GRI,SA 8000 etc.
2. Review emerging and best practices in comparable companies and make proposals to the management team on areas of improvements
3. Help HR colleagues and other stakeholders across the Group with the requirements and conceptual understandings for smooth implementation of initiatives
4. Creation & Presentation of ESG- Social Metrics related proposals with attention to factors such as cost effectiveness, feasibility and ease of integration with other programs that includes development of digital solutions for Social metrics Reporting techniques for enhanced transparency, efficiency and effectiveness
5.Formulation and implementation of Social metrics in ESG marketing strategies within the Group, collaboration with Group ESG vertical and respective BU ESG teams and identification and facilitation of training needs for greater awareness of social metrics in ESG among the various stakeholders in the Group
6.Provide periodic reports and updates with respect to social KPIs in ESG and help all the stakeholders with the implementation of best practices across the Group
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time regular MBA/PGD in Human Resource Management with BSc/BTech
- ESG professional certification (SA 8000, GRI etc.) if any, preferred
Relevant Experience :
- 10-12 years of overall experience with proven experience in development/implementation of ESG Roadmaps & Frameworks with a focus on Social-People related KPIS in preferably large-sized organizations
- Proven due diligence and efficiency in implementing Social related KPIs in ESG Reporting techniques on a large scale meticulously
- Proven expertise in designing & implementing initiatives for higher Social ratings in ESG of their organizations
- Thorough understanding of the HR related statutory obligations, national and international standards on ESG with a focus on Social related KPIs (SA 8000, UNGC, ISO 26000 etc.)
