- Implementation of Group initiatives for Leadership Development.
- Implement learning needs assessments & Behavioral competency-based programs and establish learning targets that correlate to improved business performance for core programs.
- Understand the business needs and keep them up to date with all the learning offerings
- Manage the implementation of related online courses/curriculum across the business unit
- Manage delivering programs including, but not limited to: vendor & logistical coordination, scheduling, advertising / communicating program, managing enrollments, program content review, program delivery, evaluation and appropriate follow-up activities for all the programs at Group Level.
- Manage / track expenditures for each program run by the reporting key metrics such as cost per participant, number of completions, etc.
- Oversee alliances and relationships with world-class corporate universities, organizations and institutions that provide learning solutions. These institutions/ organizations include but are not limited to: universities, colleges and learning and professional development suppliers
- Coordinate, assist and monitor in preparation and instructional design of learning courses.
- Utilize state of the art learning technologies to enhance and/or ensure learning effectiveness within the BU
- Create the plan and ensure governance of Process
- Support creation of framework and policy (structure, composition, frequency of meetings and objectives)
- Keep up to date with HR technological developments for adopting relevant practices for greater efficiency
- Create Governance Dashboards as per the guidelines of Group HR
