Adani Group - Merger & Acquisition/Corporate Finance Role

Adani Group Corporate Finance Energy team is looking to hire professionals with the below-mentioned roles -

a) 3 - 4 Years Work Experience in Financial Modelling, preparation of materials/ presentation materials

b) 8 - 12 Years Work Experience in Transaction Structuring, M&A, Debt Capital Markets Execution

Preference is for candidates with experience in the infrastructure sector - Energy, Transport, Logistic, other allied sectors; Experience in products - M&A, Bond Offerings (144A/REGS Offerings), ECM, Sell-Side.

The team is point for all M&A, Capital Markets - Equity and Debt across the ~ $10b market cap Energy Portfolio of the Adani Group. The notable transactions done by the team over the past 3 years are

(a) Acquisition of Mumbai Integrated Utility Business from R-Infra ($10b)

(b) Capital Market Transactions Debt (AGEL - $0.9b, ATL - $0.5b)

(c) Acquisition of 2000 MW thermal power plants ($0.8 b)

(d) Acquisition of transmission projects ($0.5b)

(e) Acquisition of Renewable assets ($0.2b).

The role would be based out of Mumbai.
