- The objective of this role is to assess legal risks in litigation & transactions and suggest risk mitigation strategies and provide legal advice and proactive support to the domestic, commercial and industrial retail business segments through daily inputs in the operations of the various retail business segment groups in that regard. The position is to actively provide support in Dispute resolution, HR / Labour union issues, union contracts, workforce contracts, IPR issues and any other land and estate related issues. The position is also expected to support the business segment with legal advice and actions as and when required.
- The job holder is also responsible for active involvement in external negotiations/meetings the vetting and finalisation of customer's contractual terms and conditions, customer communiqus, any other business related contracts and agreements, MOUs, work orders, letter agreements etc. and the management of business operations and contracts from a legal perspective. The job holder is further responsible for overseeing compliance with internal approval processes and conducting legal due diligence and ensuring legal compliance / internal reporting and secretarial compliance.
