Job Objective:
Responsible for support, implementation, and execution in the compensation, benefits, and recognition areas efficiently and successfully within the defined terms of the process.
Rewards, Recognition, Policy & Benefits, employee recognition
- Support the design and implementation of C&B policies & procedures
- Execute C&B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy
- Analyze complex data (internal & external benchmarks), provides compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making
- Manage an on-going relationship with external compensation and benefits vendors for various benchmarking exercise and initiatives
- Be involved with planned and ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate and engage in functional meetings and committees to draw action plans, and share insights and recommendations
- Support the implementation and management of multiple program from the group's view
HR Technology and Analytics:
- Regularly analyse varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to suggest improvement in Rewards processes
- Implement practices to ensure system usage for workflow, analysis, and reporting; Determine controls to assure data accuracy in the system
- Support the technology implementation, and management for rewards, benefits, and employee recognition areas
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Maths/ Stats/Commerce
- Compensation certifications of AON/Mercer
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills
Experiences:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in total rewards (C&B) field in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization
- Proven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in driving large scale compensation and benefits benchmarking projects
- Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
