Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institution

- 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, or related role.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling

- Ability to work independently with senior management and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

- Past experience in renewable energy/energy sector preferred

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, periodically review business plans. Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve goals defined in business plans.

2. Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships for growth of the business.

3. Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Support in implementation and adoption of solutions to enhance project execution, operational efficiency and support strategic goals.

4. New Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector, potential impact on the organization, and make recommendations for POCs. adoption and integration.

5. Knowledge Management: Develop sector documents and reports to share important insights and information with senior leadership.

6. Market Intelligence: Identify latest market trends, sector developments, assess competitive landscape with focus on technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.

7. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including financial modeling. due diligence and integration

8. Performance Improvement: Continuously benchmark company performance with global and local peers. Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives, working with multiple teams to enhance margins, project execution and operational efficiency.
