Adani Enterprises - General Manager - Banking Finance

1. Liaisoning with banks/Financial Institution viz REC/PFC/IREDA/IIFCL etc

2. Review and support finalization of bank facility documents on behalf of business team

3. Liaisoning with Lender Engineer/LLC/LIA etc

4. Financial Modeling

5. Understanding of Renewal sector

6. Keep track of covenants and ensure compliance of financing documents. Make necessary suggestions wherever required.

7. Prepare monthly treasury reports and sharing with the management on time.

8. Managing working capital bank facilities (funded and non fund) for the business.

9. Prepare and provide on time required information for the purposes of renewal of bank facilities.

10. Supporting business in any other ad hoc F&A activity whenever required
