SAP Sales& Pre-Sales Manager


Role Overview:

- We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented SAP Sales/Pre Sales Professional to spearhead Pre-sales/ Solution / Business development in India Market and collaborate with internal stake holders for on ground account level activities.


- The ideal candidate need to work closely with our SAP practice team to identify opportunities, enable opportunities around SAP for Consulting, Implementation, Licensing and Resourcing business & develop relationships with potential clients, converting leads into successful engagements.


- The candidate should have strong professional engagement with customers (including C Level) in SAP domain pan India at account level.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development/Pre-sales/Solution:

- Develop and execute strategies to identify potential clients in SAP Consulting/Implementation/Licensing/AMS/Resourcing domain

- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through existing SAP users and potential new deployments.

Sales Execution:

- Meet potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose SAP solutions tailored to their needs.

- Draft Sales/Pre-sales/Solutions/ Consulting Collaterals and Business Proposal documents catering to needs of the prospects

- Engage in Presales activities and deliver compelling Sales pitch inclusive of Presentation, and Business propositions.

- Work with sales organization to drive end-to-end sales engagement till deal closure.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the SAP Practice and Sales teams to align client needs with our solutions.

- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding sales targets and achievements.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales/Presales/Solutioning, particularly in solutions like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud BTP based solutions.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Skills:

- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and value propositions.

- Strong professional connect in the SAP eco system with strong technical hold.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, build client relationships, and close sales.

- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.

- Execute SAP-focused demand generation strategies.

- Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to prospects.

- Present SAP solutions tailored to client requirements.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong internal and external collaboration

- SAP Certifications in SAP S4HANA and BTP are good to have.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience selling SAP solutions in pan India.

- Established network of potential clients in industries leveraging SAP.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- High energy and a passion for achieving sales targets in a start-up environment.

- Proven exposure having dealt in Accounts for SAP Consulting, Implementation Services

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Expertise in lead generation and nurturing techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
