Ada Investments - Analyst/Director - Fund Ops

Ada Investments (“Ada”) is an investment management company focused solely on providing liquid and low volatility investment solutions to global institutional and private clients. The firm currently manages three hedge funds - Ada India, Ada Realty and Ada Alternatives. The firm is headquartered in New York City with an investment office in Mumbai, India. Ada's 20 professionals include 13 investment professionals, including four Ph.D's, several of whom have been professors at leading business schools.

Ada is looking for a Senior Analyst or Director for its fund operations' team in Mumbai.

The role would entail:

- Leading the trade accounting and operations team for Ada's various funds.

- Publishing daily fund performance including position / cash reconciliations and PnL reconciliation.

- Ensuring correct booking of corporate actions.

- Publishing month end fund performance and ensuring reports from the Fund Administrator reconcile..

- Liaising with the Prime Broker to ensure Trades are booked and settled correctly.

- Interacting with Auditors to resolve any audit related queries.

- Strong communication and problem solving skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
