Requisites: MBA (Finance) I CA

- 5-20 years of experience in Investment Banking I loans arrangement / project finance /Credit/ corporate finance / corporate advisory

- Should have good liasioning / drafting skills.

- Should have expertise in financial modelling and preparation of debt proposal.

- Good understanding of lending norms of bank and structuring of debt proposal.

- Should be well versed with regulatory knowledge applicable for debt syndication deals.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Execution of Mandates:

- Preparation of debt proposal documents including financial model, information memorandum and presentation.

- Paper / Desk work for effective execution of Debt Syndication assignment.

- Information Compilation.

- Handholding of documentation process in co-ordination with the clients.

- Liaison with bankers.

- Overall responsible for execution of debt syndication deals.
