Reporting to : Chief Finance Officer

Reportees : (1) Manager – Accounts & Tax, and (2) Manager – P2P / O2C / Internal Controls

Offered CTC range is 25-30L p.a.

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 7 - 12 years of post qualification work experience

- Ideal Age - 32-35 years max.

- Big 4 background preferred

- Very Strong in Direct Taxation (international transfer pricing, sales tax, etc.)

- Indirect Taxation knowledge

- Finance and Accounts experience will be an added advantage

Career Path

Incumbent will work on Taxation side for 1.5-2 years in which he will gain on-the-job knowledge of Accounts (in case he does not have it already), after which 2 years in a Financial Planning role, and thereafter will be evaluated for a CFO role (i.e. within 4-5 years).
