Designation-Assistant Director –Supply Chain
Job Location : Cochin/Trivandrum

- Supply Chain Transformation seeks to analyze, design and implement solutions which improve the end to end supply chain performance. This means that the client can move product from supplier to customer in the most effective manner, and structure and run its supply chain in support of its business objectives, differentiation needs and cost, capital and service trade-offs
- The Assistant Director – Supply Chain would be responsible for developing a capability that brings innovative Supply Chain Service Offerings to business partners in 2 major geographical areas – EMEIA and Americas.
- Specialist Competencies in focus are Supply chain strategic direction, Planning transformation, Manufacturing transformation, Logistics and fulfillment transformation including customer services and order to cash process transformation, Product lifecycle management, Inventory and working capital optimization, After sales service supply chain transformation
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative service offerings in Supply Chain Transformation that can be offered to business partners across major geographical areas.
- Build, manage and mentor a team skilled with specialized competencies within Supply Chain Transformation service offerings deliver and support projects and solutions.
- Assist leadership with practice administration including resource allocation, career development, and people management
- Lead client engagements and work streams related to supply chain transformation projects
- Manage projects appropriately to meet timescales, working with stakeholders to do business cases and make recommendations.
- Support global and regional deals in the timelines agreed with key stakeholders
- Participate in continual development of thought leadership and service offerings
Qualifications
- 12 years of management consulting experience in supply chain service offerings that cover strategy, planning, design, manufacturing, operations, fulfillment and services.
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, commerce
- Experience in project management, including supervising engagement teams and providing input into engagement decisions
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with business partners in a professional services environment and success in developing and implementing operations strategies in multiple industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
