- Provide sales reports, which contain all channel activities and results.
- AD - Sales makes sure that all accounts are profitably serviced in order for the company to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- She/ He facilitates all transactions and communications with educators and management.
- She/ He also monitors competitor's activities within the Channel Market.
- Overall responsible for developing and maintaining new sales strategies
- Provide all required training and guidance to counsellors to achieve the videos- views and revenue goals.
- Should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in business development or proven
- Develop a business plan and execute the sales strategy.
- Cost efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions.
- Build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM.
- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives.
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, customer dealing and handling.
- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyse key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors.
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- The role reports into the Director, where apart from managing the entire sales & service function for the assigned unit, the position also plays a critical role in business development strategy
Requisites: Female only,
- Managed a team of 50+
- Bachelor's degree (From Premier B Schools), MBA would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
