AD - Risk Advisory/Compliance Practice

This position would play a key role in the Risk Advisory practice and would be responsible for managing end to end delivery of Controls, Compliance and Risk Management engagements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Responsible for delivering to multiple clients across the geography

- Implement end to end projects for clients

- Responsible for revenue generation and bottom line to be delivered in GRC

- Responsible for development of new offerings in risk and compliance

- Would help in building new capabilities to support offerings

- Responsible for driving control adherence and testing of the same for all processes in scope and in all delivery locations

- Responsible for people management of a team of risk advisory professionals.

- Managed delivery of Risk and Compliance

- Engagement Skills with clients with a flair to develop new business with clients

- Project Management Skills – Implement end to end projects for clients

Knowledge & Skills:

- Experience of working on latest GRC tools and platforms

- Experience of leading large size teams, especially virtual teams will be an advantage

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent knowledge of control and compliance framework.

- Prior experience of managing control and compliance function for a large client.
