About Our Client:
Our client is a leading asset management firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Centre based out of Delhi NCR. As part of their growth plans, they are looking for an Associate Director to lead their Customer Services operations function. They are looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative leader to grow their existing setup.
Job Description:
As an Associate Director you would report into the Operations Director and your key responsibilities shall include:
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the firm as a premium service provider
- To help retain existing customers and attract new assets by handling client requests in a professional, timely and effective manner
- Manage different operations such as account opening, trade, errors, reconciliation, etc while while providing leadership to the teams to meet and exceed the current process SLAs
- Working closely with the global counterparts across departments to ensure smooth functioning of the processes
- Driving customer service culture within the department and work towards retaining existing business and attract new business for the organization
- Ensuring that appropriate client money regulations and controls on customer assets are adhered to and best practice standards are maintained across all activities with focus on protection of customer assets and client monies
The Successful Applicant:
- You will be a Graduate / Post Graduate with over 12 years of experience with extensive experience in operations management
- You will have proven experience of managing large size teams and processes and strong track record of people management and working with senior stakeholders
- You will have good experience of leading teams along with ensuring SLA compliance
