Job Description
As the India Trade Sales Associate Director, you will report to the Asia Pacific Head for Trade Sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop & maintain strong client relationships
- Working closely with the RMs & CIB relationship team
- Articulate & implement the India trade strategy in sync with the Asia Pacific team
- Driving strong customer experience & improvement
The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 10 years of experience as a sales & relationship manager with an expertise in the trade product across vanilla, structured trade, commodities etc. You have demonstrated the ability to drive performance with a hands on approach, a track record of surpassing client expectations and revenue. You will possess an MBA/Masters from a top tier institute in business. You will have exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Ideally, your experience should encompass both an MNC and domestic set up.
