- Develop internal documentation, including network diagrams and technical explanations.


- Operational Excellence & Optimization


- Analyze revenue leakage, cost deployment, and areas for optimization.


- Manage CXO-level MIS reporting and employee resource planning.


- Track manpower utilization through timesheet analysis and data insights.


- Team Leadership & Collaboration, Mentor and guide sales professionals to achieve collective goals. Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
