- Prepare and analyze detailed performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis, sharing key findings with relevant teams or vendors.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to mentor and guide media experts towards achieving collective goals.
- Possession of Amazon Marketing Service or Flipkart Ads certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ecommerce paid media, with proven expertise in managing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
- Strong understanding of paid search advertising, keyword bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign optimization across ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of media experts.
