Reporting to : Chief Finance Officer

Reportees : FP&A Analyst

- Offered CTC range is 35-39L p.a.

Candidate Profile

CA (rank-holder) or MBA (Finance from premier B-school)

- 8+ years of relevant work experience preferable, preferably in Pharma or FMCG industry

Key Skills

- Business case Analysis (NPV, Break even analysis, Cost benefit analysis, CAGR’s )

- Costing Techniques (third party manufacturing, batch costing, yield analysis, marginal costing)

- Financial Planning Analysis (forecasting, harmonization of budgets, rationalization of trends, Pricing, Deals & Discounts planning, Opex ratios, DOS, DSO, DP limits)

- Strong Decision Making capabilities – use the 80:20 rule, understand trends, cut through the clutter, deliver with quality, speed and value, Planning, prioritizing, self management

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Budgeting:

- Creation of Annual Business Plans through active co-ordination with Sales / Marketing functions to develop robust yet achievable Sales Forecasts.

- Develop Expense Budgets through co-ordination with functional heads ensuring that opex growths remain modest and maximize ROIs.
