AD/ Director - Sales & alliances across banking & BFSI domain for a key wallet services company, based out of Bangalore.
Detailed JD is as below :
- Create and drive regional ( South India) business & sales strategy; strongly shape national business strategy.
- Manage sales and banking partnerships for South India
- Carry payment services and technology sales targets ( to banks/financial institutions, eCommerce, government and other verticals)
- Establish close relationships across key functions in the banks and customers both for sales and partnerships
- Manage 20-30 people sales and farming team
Skills/Experience :
- 7+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in payments services/technology
- Should have managed sales teams in past
- Strong network in the banking and payment industry fraternity
- Ability to deal and manage very fast growing business - should be able to handle ambiguity and drive business priorities
- Very ambitious and looking at high growth career in a fast growing business
- Track record of being over achiever in his/her past roles
Location : Bangalore
Note : Preference will be given to experienced candidates from organisations like HDFC, Axis, Citi, ICICI,etc, billdesk, Citrus, CC avenue, Master/VISA, FSS, HPY.
