Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the overall product strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and strategic considerations.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of product initiatives, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing the growth and engagement of products.
- Strong understanding of user needs and market trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product features.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies to drive product adoption and user retention.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product growth and engagement.
