Hiring for AD / Director- Large Infrastructure / Civil Infrastructure Projects (Inland Waterways / Coastal Shipping / Port Sector)

Location-Delhi/ NCR

Education Qualification:

Should have master degree in Engineering / Business Administration from a Reputed and Recognized University or Institutions.

For AD Role Min Exp- 10 Yrs -Max up to 18 Yrs

For Director Role Min Exp-15 yrs-Max up to 18 Yrs

Profile :

- Responsible of overall management of Projects, Including but not limited to project planning, Budgeting, Supervision, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and Coordination to ensure project development in accordance with concept and compliance requirements as envisaged by the client .

- Minimum 5 Yrs of exp with atleast 2 programs in leadership capacity with accountability and Responsibility for performance Including the quality, Budget, schedule client, stakeholder management.

- He / She should also have experience of Project Appraisal of Large infrastructure / IWT / Coastal Shipping /Ports Projects.

- Minimum of 10 years experience in all facets and domains of infrastructure with appropriate experience in planning / supervision / project appraisal of large cities and industrial regions with allied infrastructure preferably related to Inland Waterways / Coastal Shipping / Port Sector

- The Project Managers should have exposure of commercial ventures / business models.

- Minimum 5 years with at least two programs in leadership capacity with accountability and responsibility for performance including quality, budget, schedule, client and stakeholder management. The Project Managers should preferably have international experience of similar nature.

- Will be responsible for providing directions to his / her team and should ensure that the projects are delivered as per the requirements in each National Waterway assigned to him / her.

- Responsible for development of the Governance and Organisation including but not limited to overall programme management, strategy development, project interface management, plans, controls and performance.
