Role - Associate Director

Location - Pune

- Education - Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university. MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.

Job Responsibility

- He shall be handling multiple portfolios - Business Development ; Delivery & Operations

- Responsible for 15 million USD revenue

- Team of 200 members+ rolling up to this position

- Exp. in CAPITAL MARKETS essential

- Effective leadership by providing direction to ensure world class service delivery to support customer business needs.

- Being thought leader, drive replication of best practices, Service Assurance, Service excellence and Service improvement programs to enhance service delivery performance and show continual improvement.

- Structured review with customer and continuously recommend improvements for betterment of service delivery to meet customer business objectives.

- Inculcating a metrics driven culture within the unit and ensuring that the metrics are reviewed, tracked, measured and improved upon on a regular basis.

- Review and drive mitigation plan for all the program level risks identified during presales, transition and sustenance Service Delivery and Transition/project management .

- Participate in Steering Committee Reviews and ensure its objectives are met. Carry out monthly program level performance review through Balance Score Card and provide support to ensure defined objectives are met.

- Ensure minimum attrition. Need to take care of overall service delivery responsibility for all services offered to client ).

- Consistently ensure high CSAT qtr on qtr (> 5.5/6). Need to ensure that tenure management norms and gross margin targets are met. Launching new services based on technology trends and client requirements.
