Position - AD/AM
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced personnel who is excellent in account management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the account management team and build relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with clients to identify their needs.
- Drive performance and productivity by converting growth plans into measurable targets for customer-facing teams.
- Develop strategies to grow their client base and ensure that the team is providing quality and cost-effective services.
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an account director /head or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Prerequisites :
- Global client exposure is must (min 5 years)
- Flexibility to work and manage team cross-time zone
- Past experience of managing a team of min 10 people
- Past experience of owning and delivering aggressive sales numbers / targets
- Past experience of dealing with multiple level of stakeholders - from manager to CXO level decision makers
- Past experience of managing high performing teams
- Been into AM and NBD role
- Clear examples of achievements
- Clear understanding of the role
- Understanding and experience of our domain - IT & Digital.
- Stability of spending min 3 years at two organization with similar role OR one organization with 5+ years' experience
- Ability to plan, forecast and make predictions of the goals & target.
- Draft pro-active strategies and solutions to achieve the desired results.
- Data driven decision making thought process.
