Responsibilities:
To generate preferential access for academic books in the academic community.
Commissioning titles (as per gap area analysis by market research) in the form of best content by the academicians and also looking for generating the revenue from the new business areas.
Negotiating terms and contracts with authors, translators and distributors.
Involved in the entire product development cycle and product management.
Coordinate with Marketing, Editorial and Production/Manufacturing to ensure the on-time, high-quality publication.
Quality release of designated titles.
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
8-10 Years- Experience
MBA/PGDM with good understanding of Law.
Should have clear product strategy and vision
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Time management/ Ability to multi-task .
Excellent Presentation capabilities.
Analytical and Process orientated. Financial Acumen
Strong execution abilities and enthusiastic and Innovative.
