- Currently Acxiom implements ERP solutions across multiple industries throughout India, Middle East and International markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Report progress to CxO sponsors and steering groups.

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project outcomes.

- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple geographies and business functions.

- Collaborate with various vendors and technology partners to ensure cohesive project execution.

- Engage with both business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and foster effective communication throughout the project.

- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.

- Manage release processes to deliver updates and enhancements effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in ERP implementation (MS Dynamics and/or SAP preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and tools.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage matrix relationships effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

- Experience working in diverse environments and managing teams across multiple geographies is highly desirable
