Role Summary :
As a Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for co-leading the Business Development and Marketing efforts at Acuvon in conjunction with the Practice Leaders and external marketing / PR agencies. This role may require travel to MENA/APAC region with primary focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia on need basis.
Expectations :
Business Development :
1. Building a strong pipeline of leads on a continuous basis
2. Working with Practice Leaders in creating pitch documents for different service offerings
3. Working with Practice Leaders in writing proposals and making submissions in accordance with timelines
4. Establishing / maintaining partnership with other management consulting companies for collaborative opportunities
5. Being able to achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining targeted profitability
Marketing :
1. Creating annual sales and marketing plan
2. Promoting "Brand Acuvon" amongst different stakeholders
3. Digital outreach to the target audience through content rich media - video, audio, podcast, email, etc.
4. Building a strong digital profile for senior practice leaders
5. Being able to generate qualified leads as per quarterly targets through digital channels
6. Building the database of clients/prospective clients.
Education, Experience and Skill-Set :
1. MBA in Marketing from a premier business school
2. 5+ years of experience in Business Development & Marketing activities with minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting or technical companies selling B2B services
3. Having worked in the ME region would be an added advantage
4. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
5. Able to connect with people and build relationships
6. Good understanding of management consulting
7. Good presentations skills
We arrange for travel to client location and also ensure comfortable accommodation at the client-site for our employees.
Job Location: Sector - 16B, Noida, India (Hybrid working model between work from office, home and client site)
