Job Purpose: 

- To conceptualize, design and implement various rewards programs and initiatives across all MAKS entities in all countries. Closely align with business leadership and HR function to provide rewards guidance and support.

- To smoothly run overseas HR operations

Key Responsibilities : 

Managerial Responsibilities : 

- Build & manage a team of compensation & benefits professionals who are engaged in daily rewards management & execution activities

- Performance management of the team

- Coaching & mentoring of team members for career development

Functional Responsibilities:

Total Rewards:

- Conceptualize, create and deploy Rewards programs for all MAKS.

- Review the effectiveness of existing Rewards programs, policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend plan revisions (and new plans) in order to provide innovative and competitive programs.

- Develops pay systems that are business competitive and enable management to focus on and reward individual and group performance

- Develop rewards / financial models and proposals to ascertain the impact of rewards programs

- Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs

Performance Management :

- Benchmark the performance management practices of best-in-class organizations and provide inputs for fine-tuning overall performance management system and processes

- Drive timely implementation of the entire performance management cycle [assessment, moderation and finalizing promotions and increments] through timely sharing of performance data with respective Business/ Function heads for moderation

- Establish linkages of the performance management system with other HR systems such as career progression, compensation & increments and training and development

- Ensure that remuneration, bonus payouts and other incentives are clearly inked to individual/team performance

- Provide continuous communication to employees on performance management guidelines and principles

Market Benchmarking & Analysis:

- Identifying the comparator basket and benchmark positions for business

- Market Survey result analysis. Developing pay ranges for all benchmarked positions using the survey data and internal pay points

- Participating in annual benefit surveys to collect industry benchmarks

- C&B Operations

- Headcount and C&B Planning and forecasting

- Monitoring the efficacy of all incentive models.

- Salary fitment and recommendations for all open positions.

- Monthly Reporting of C&B Spends vs Plan for various lines of business and cost centers

- Monthly provisioning for all HR costs. Active Interface with Finance Controllership and payroll teams for payroll and statutory reconciliations

- Responsible for driving all stat audit payroll related queries to closure

Overseas HR Operations:

- Overseeing complete employee life of Sales employees based at US, UK and Hong Kong

- Managing employee benefits for Sales employees based at US, UK and Hong Kong

- Overseeing the mobility/immigration of employees relocated from one country to another

Job Requirements:

Qualifications : MBA HR

Experience : 8-10 Years of relevant work experience

Functional Competencies:

- Full time degree in MBA in HR is desirable

- Should have relevant C&B experience between 5-6 years

- The incumbent should have worked on designing and implementing rewards, organization design and change initiatives

- Must have excellent skills in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
