Acuity Knowledge Partners - Delivery Lead - Financial Modeling

Job Purpose:

- We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which include financial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research.

- Assist clients with complex financial modelling assignments in the Private Equity and private credit space, working on a variety of models such as LBO, DCF and Investment models.

- Valuate a variety of securities such as equity, debt and convertibles.

- Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses by applying experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.

- Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations.

- Conduct quality checks of client deliverables.

- Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes.

Skills & Experience:.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building financial models from scratch.

- 4-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking, company profiling, capital structure, debt analysis, etc.

- Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
