Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Focus on the execution of Sales Strategy to ensure over-achievement of the associated revenue and business objectives
- Contribute to clients business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries
- Attend meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, customer requirements and business goals
- Prepare collateral content/presentations for current process and offered solution and present to prospective customers
- Support pre-sales engineer to understand the As Is process
- Present and market the design, value and ROI of proposed solutions to customers and prospects
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products to enable the capability to effectively address and dispel objections to actyv.ai solutions.
- Help to define the overall product roadmap
- Competencies:
Qualifications and Work experience :
- 6+ years professional experience
- Has worked and scaled a start-up in a similar role. FinTech experience will be a plus
- Has 4+ years of domain experience of any one of these domains Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing. Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
- Has the ability to solve complex business problems and concepts and makedisciplined decisions based on the available information.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written to collaborate effectively with cross geographical teams
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Has worked in Customer locations
- Focused customer service/support skills
