As a member of the Organization's Management Committee (MANCOM), the role-holder is expected to

- Co-lead organic and inorganic expansion activities

Profile :
Education :
- Fellow of Society of Actuaries, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or other life actuarial qualifications from a recognized professional body
Experience :
- Minimum of 15 years of actuarial experience in pricing for life and health (re)insurance
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in statutory valuation
- Technical experience in specialist fields of financial reinsurance and/or mortality,morbidity, health and critical illness
- Geographical experience in India, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific

Knowledge :
- Actuarial & Statistical modeling
- Technically proficient in MS Excel, Visual basic, Database management tools (Access/SQL) and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Working knowledge of statutory regulations and norms on reserving & solvency
- Expertise in global and continuously evolving actuarial practices and guidelines
