Actuarial Consultant - Reserving

Location : Pune

Experience : 6 - 9 years

MUST-HAVES :

Experience in Reserving, Experience in Actuarial and Statistical techniques knowledge of non-life insurance products,

Actuarial tools knowledge : Emblem & Radar.

Key Accountabilities :

- Interacting with clients on regular basis, understanding their requirements and transforming them into a solution framework.

- Work and deliver on the Shareholder reporting /Model development

- Work on different non-life insurance engagements as per client's requirements

- Independently analyze project requirements to own and deliver pilot projects/initiatives with very high quality to establish support credibility entities

- Become a trusted partner for entities - engage for capability showcase including visiting entities for opportunity assessment, discussions, and piloting solutions

- Resolving client queries effectively and troubleshoots data issues immediately

- Understanding business problems and translating the business information into dynamic and effective reports or dashboards to generate meaningful business insights

Specific knowledge required :

- Excellent understanding of Actuarial & Statistical techniques

- Good Knowledge of any of the Actuarial tools (Preferably Emblem, Radar, etc. ) is required

- Knowledge of Non-life insurance products is necessary

- Awareness of recent industry developments in Non-Life Actuarial domain

- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time is required

- Ability to work in an international environment is required
