Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of a product/component from ideation, design,build to deployment.
- Document code consistently throughout the development process.
- Programming using Object Oriented Programming, Data Structure and Algorithms, architecture/ design and build RESTful APIs.
- Passionate about building products and features and build product from scratch.
- Excellent at one or more of Wireframes/ Prototyping/ Functional Documentation of business.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software development (Architect), Product based, exposure across product based startups a plus
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Proficient knowledge and experience with at least one back-end programming language - Python, node.js, Java.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Understanding of distributed system design and architecture.
- Proficient understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, key-value stores and message queues.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Good to have experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
You will be responsible to:
- Work directly with the Founders
- Research new business propositions to determine viability and complexity
- Identify & develop new intrapreneurial opportunities and expand existing opportunities.
- Develop business plan for new business lines
- Manage the road-map and launch for new businesses.
- Get deep into various verticals and come up with new processes and strategies to scale the vertical
- Track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals
- Create and develop analytical tools, manage MIS, dashboard, objectives and key
- Above all, grow along with the business and take on larger responsibilities in the near future
You have a track record of:
- Bring a highly motivated, driven individual who is willing to learn the ropes of the business - everything from product, operations, sales, growth
- Getting your hands dirty and executing
- Ideally having been an entrepreneur at some point or having worked in or with founding teams
- Ex-entrepreneurs preferred
- Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad (IIT/NIT/BITS/IISC etc)
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
