Activation Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing activation strategies for the company and bringing in valuable clients. As an Activation Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and evangelizing new and existing clients for the company for commencing new projects.

Location:Faridabad

Experience- 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to run activation department independently.

- Able to face the client and ability to give strong presentations for business conversions.

- To be able to hunt new clients and serve existing clients with innovative strategies.

- Exceptionally good communication skills and strategic thinking skills.

- To be able to run activation campaigns pan India

- Proven track record ops of large volume activations handled and delivered across mass and premium markets.

- Should have an excellent list of vendors network with working relationships.

- Strong command on costings and should be technically strong to create all types of proposals and formats and negotiate with respective stake owners with impressive profit margins.

- Cordial and humble behaviour towards the team members to integrate expertise from different departments.

- A highly aggressive & passionate candidate will be desired.

- Should be presentable in front of the top line client base.

- Avid traveller nationally and internationally will be a desired attribute.

- Out of the box, thinking and the ability to take risks will be desired parameters.

- Tech literate to ensure activation is digitally compatible.

- Deep knowledge and formats and processes and working activation projects from large scale to small scale will be highly desired.

- Should have handled the business of more than 20cr in the individual capacity.

- Team player to demonstrate the best synergies possible.

- To be able to deliver numbers on extremely high pressures with crunched timelines.

- Fast learner with minimum error levels.

- Ability to understand the client brief and crack activation plan with innovative thinking on low-cost models.

- A Personality with high patience and tolerance.

- Ability to handle complete business P & L and deliver impressive results.

- Strong knowledge of materials and manpower costings will be key assence

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- More than 5 years of experience in activation, marketing or relevant field

- Knowledge of the retail industry and client management

- Ability to manage and lead a team

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Persuasion and negotiation skills

- Organisational skills to manage, analyse and present ample amount of information

- Strong knowledge of company policy, activities, goals and standards

- Analytical acumen and creative thinking
