Job Title: Product Manager
About:
- ACT Fibernet is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) committed to delivering high-speed, reliable internet connectivity to homes and businesses.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the product team that works on products such as mobile app, chatbot, streaming device, and other digital and physical portfolio of products.
- The candidate will lead the development of some of these products and others that we may be launching in future. These products cater to 10Mn+ Traffic and 1.5Mn+ MAU and critical customer touchpoints for the organization driving revenue and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Market/Product research:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and trends
Product Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the ACT Fibernet website, mobile app, chatbot, streaming device (ACT Stream TV 4K), ACT Shield, Smart WiFi, and other portfolio of products.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, placing significant emphasis on improving customer experience and business performance.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Deliver metrics for each product - Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver products that enhance performance and customer experience - CSAT, NPS, CES, Up-sell, Cross-sell, Referrals, and other key business metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and technical teams to align product strategies with overall business goals.
- Foster effective communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches, ongoing improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics, user behavior analysis, and key performance indicators to make informed decisions
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize product features, user engagement, and business outcomes.
- Prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction through user-centered design and continuous feedback loops
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, incorporating insights into product development and SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in digital product management and performance, preferably in the telecommunications or internet services industry.
- Strong understanding of website and/or App development, and UI/UX best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven, customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using GA4/Firebase/Tableau and other analytics and A/B testing tools is a plus
