Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Accounts & Audit

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Finance controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure monthly discipline on book closure in SAP by WD + 4

- Conducting Trail balance review on monthly basis for all the business location across the group.

- Prepare a monthly balance sheet deck for Executive committee review.

- Ensure the stat audit deliverables are provided on time and are first time right.

- Ensure both hardclose and annual audit are completed before the agreed timeline.

- Ensuring AGR filing and Tax audit filing is done before the agreed timeline.

- Provide visibility & management information for taking informed decisions by reporting on specific cost lines

- Improve effectiveness of ERP for greater governance along with license & SOD compliance

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including operations, IT and marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

- Qualified chartered accountant with minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in Telecom industry will be an advantage

- Competency in advanced Excel and MS office

- Exposure to SAP

- Good Communication Skills and Team Management skills

- Good communication & coordination skills for engagement with cross functional teams

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs of the business

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
