Role and Responsibilities: -

- Ensure monthly discipline on group capex deck preparation & governance on open commitments.

- Drive annual capex plan preparation process at group level basis unit level finalization and ensure plan activities getting completed within timelines provided.

- Comprehensive analysis & actual results vs Plan & PY on a monthly basis - with responsibility to provide insightful business analytics.

- Monthly reporting on delivery of savings against targets and drive for accountability through highlighting areas of under delivery to business for appropriate actions

- Provide visibility & management information for taking informed decisions by reporting on specific cost lines.

- Improve effectiveness of ERP for greater governance along with license & SOD compliance

- Monthly Forecast and FY estimates ownership

- Finalization of monthly business results presentations for reviews.

- Work with stakeholders to improve governance on capital spends and track effectiveness of capital deployed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including operations, IT and marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

- Qualified chartered accountant

- Industry Experience in Financial planning & Analysis / Business finance.

- Prior experience in the Telecom industry will be an advantage.

- Competency in advanced Excel and MS office

- Exposure to SAP (optional)

- Good Communication Skills and Team Management skills.

- Good communication & coordination skills for engagement with cross functional teams.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs of the business.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
