- As a Digital Marketing and Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, enquiries, and paid performance.
- Website and PPC campaigns contribute around 70%+ of the company's inbound sales and hence this is a critical role.
- You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns to maximize our online presence, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our SEM and PPC initiatives, ensuring a strong return on investment and staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Website Product Roadmap and Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the website product roadmap.
- Drive the development of new website features and improvements to enhance user experience and support marketing objectives.
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.
- Driving funnel - Impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, acquisitions
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Work with agency to manage technical aspects of the website, including crawling, indexing, and website architecture.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and user needs.
PPC Campaigns:
- Work with agency to create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, FB Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates, improve user experience and drive higher quality leads.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize web analytics (GA4/others) tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Ads and/or Bing Ads preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO/SEM and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (Ads, GSC, Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHREFS, Similarweb, etc.).
- Experience with website development and a good understanding of product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of SEO tools and platforms.
